Check out Mike Kelly's voting record... He is pro second amendment, pro-audit the FED, anti-ObamaCare and anti-abortion, is for small business tax cuts, over all he appears to be very pro-constitutional... the Liberals do not like Mike Kelly... ha, imagine that! 

Disappointingly... I do know he voted for the Patriot Act, CISPA, money for the war chest, NDAA, is pro-fracking and big oil... Hmmmm... could he be somewhat clueless about Obama's 'position' and the NWO Agenda 21?...
