U.S. Forest Service Requesting Ammunition 'Immediately'!... Who Do They Plan On Shooting???

Another US agency has submitted a request for a variety of ammunition.
~ James Smith - Petition 

This time it is the US Forest Service, the Pacific Southwest Region of the United States, which is 20 million acres of National Forest land in California and assists the State and Private forest landowners in California, Hawaii and the U.S. Affiliated Pacific Islands. There are eighteen national forests are located in this region.

The amounts appear to be just enough for training of staff needed to manage such a large area, as well as arm themselves against methamphetamine kitchens and illegal grow farms.

Here are the requested items.
